The pleasure of doing boxing.

The 2012 is coming and I feel time flies so fast. The next year, I will be 27. It’s not so old but also not so young. Looking back on what I really did for myself this year, I found the best choice was, of course, that I started learning boxing this march. Sometimes, people wonder why I do boxing and even say, “Why you learn the hard way?” Whenever I got this kind of questions, I explain to them why I love this sport instead of scowling at them.

First of all, boxing is a lot of fun. It is regardless of age or sex. You just need inspiration for it! The basic punches consist of just four skills. Jab, straight, hook and upper-cut. That’s it! Of course, though there are another skills instead of the basic skills, you just need the four! (Actually, you need to practice the one skill at least for three months to master it.) But it’s ok. You do boxing because you don’t want to be bored with it but to have fun. You can make a choice.

Personally, I used to weight about 67kg before I started learning boxing. But now I weigh about 61kg. That means that I cut my needless flesh. If you invest 2 hours a day, five times a week, you will lose your weight and have more muscles on your body in three months. But remember that you never miss a day. Let alone the basic training, there areĀ other activities such as jumping rope, road work and diet-boxing plan foe women. If you keep steady, you will make it soon.

What are the chances of being beaten in life? If you are in the similar ages with me, I think the chances are close to zero. We are already grown up and careful of our behavior in the society. Nevertheless, we might be still physically threatened accidentally. If you are in such cases, what would you do? It sounds funny, but the dangers such as robbery, rape or sexual crime happen in our society. So we need to learn something that can defend ourselves. Boxing is not only a sport but also a powerful martial art. Boxing is the best answer to the question.

The only thought as I have been doing boxing was that “Why didn’t I start this sport earlier?” Thankfully, now I look like slim and healthy externally. The more thankful thing is that I have been getting confident. Now I can’t imagine my life without boxing. All I hope is that other people enjoy boxing like me. Let’s do it!
