How to maintain strong bones

I have suffered from a pain in the loins these days. When it gets cold, my lower back aches.  I think it probably came from my  weakened bones. For that reason, I was interested in how to maintain strong bones.

In order to maintain strong bones, we must eat plenty of calcium-rich food. Leafy green vegetables and low-fat dairy products are excellent. Calcium put stiffness into your bones and keep your bones from fragile and becoming weaken. As a result, your body uses calcium for keeping your bones strong. If you don’t absorb enough calcium from what you eat, your body will take it from your bones. Because your body doesn’t produce calcium, you must continually replenish the supply.  Taking Calcium is the basic method to maintain strong bones. You also must go side by side with appropriate exercise.

I agree about your opinion. Keeping bones is very important. I was operated on my shoulder because I had suffered a severe pain. So I absented myself from school for 1 year. After that I take calcium and clucosamine everyday. It is good for health.

I think you must check your pose of body. Always stretch your back. If you don’t, maybe you get bent back like old witch.
