The First Birthday Party

Have you ever gone to the first birthday party for your family or friends? Truly, the birthday party was very important for their parents or by themselves also before because it was difficult to live until 1 year. The reason why they die easily was insufficient of the medical service or insanitary environment. Thus our mothers lost their children and also did my mother. Because of these reasons, if someone lives until 100 days or until 1 year safely, we would celebrate very much and give some presents to them and it became kinds of our special day.

     However, it is changing nowadays. It is getting splendid and luxury more and more. Of course, it is a very special day for their parents, so they want to give something good to their babies. But I think it is a little problems they spend three hundred or five hundred won to get the birthday party. Furthermore it is also very difficult to get the good restaurant, so if they don’t make the reservation six months before, it could impossible to hold it there.

     I also did it for my children, however I didn’t make it luxury. My family and I just went to the Korean restaurant and had dinner together. I didn’t invite other guest and we simply had a family party. But we were exactly very happy and I thought my intimate relatives would like these kinds of party not a splendid or luxury party.
