If I’m a teacher

I sometimes imagine me as a teacher. On the assumption that I am a teacher, I am going to tell you my thought.

If I were an teacher, I would think that every student was the same to me. Even if someone who was in my class was close to me, I would give him or her their grades fairly. Those doing well would receive good grades and Those doing badly would get bad grades. Ability and effort are important things for giving marks.

Yes. Ability and effort are the most important things for every student in the world to study. It’s natural that all of the teachers give grades based on these two things. Therefore, students have to study steadily and rightly, not finding a shortcut.

Eventhough everybody dose well, we can’t get A in our UNI. I think it’s not fair. How do you think of it?

I think between ability and effort are different matters. Of course both are important for us, but we make every effort, we can’t get good grades if we have innate ability. Then, my opinion, effort is more important than ability.
