Let’s get out of the depression
People who are depressed usually experience that they think negatively, shrink, and feel blue at the same time because people tend to think, feel, and act at a time. Human’s thinking, feeling, and act have close relations one another. For that reason, to get out of the depression, we should cut off these connection rings between thinking, feeling, and act. First, do accept that life isn’t always fair. The more you regard the life as fair firmly, the more you angry and desperate. Second, do not think that I don’t know why it happens to me. When we think the misery is only given to me, we feel depressed. However, we’re also human and can face the accident. Third, do challenge. Melancholiacs usually give up something though they don’t even try to it. They’re sure that they’ll fail it, and still have a lingering desire for it. It is wisdom that people give it up in moderation, but it is better to try it and give it up than retain lingering desire about it. Fourth, do move and exercise rather than use your brain when you feel blue. You probably want to do nothing when you’re depressed. However, if you do nothing, it is easy to be depressed even though you have a clear mind. Fifth, do seek for something you can thank though it is a mere trifling. There are many things we can thank: breathing when we wake up in the morning, hearing, eating by my own mouth, and so on.
Life isn’t always happy and we can sometimes take the terrible things. However, let’s get out of the depression and fighting in our life!!
