Parent’s day

I prepared gifts for parent’s day. Before I bought gifts I asked my mother and father. When I buy gift for someone, I always ask before I buy. I couldn’t buy without asking. I really spent much time to choose gifts for my parents, even though I already knew what they wanted. I gave gifts to them, but I didn’t buy a carnation because I thought it was useless. My sister also didn’t buy a flower. But my mother said she wanted flower. She thought I would buy for them. I feel depressed, becuase when I was high school student I bought many flowers for mother, but she didn’t like them. So I didn’t buy this year, but they want just small carnation, not gifts. I think I had a mistake. They just wanted my true heart. They missed made carnation by me when I was kid. I feel sorry for mother, but I thought I did my best for her.
