Mobile free zone
We don’t have cellular phone free zone in Korea. Some people suggest making it, but I disagree. People have liberties, so using it is their liverty. We can’t interfere their liberty I think. Bu people should know that they have not only liberty also responsibility. People who pester others by using mobile phone have to get penalty such as receiving a warning or paying a fee. I know mobile becomes serious problem nowadays. We have to think other people first. But I think we shouldn’t make mobile free zone.

I would like to make mobile free zone. Of course, every person has their own liberty. But many people just consider their liberty, not other people and their responsibility. So, I think we should make mobile free zone.
I agree with you. If I want to talk to with my friend by cell phone, then I can ring at my home, not mobile free zone.
