Good Feeling in Job

I think we have to have more facilities for babies. These days many women want to work continuously after having babies, but there are some problems. For example, someone has to take care of their babies, however, nobody helps them and almost women have to quit the job and they care of their babies because our country is still the sexist society. Thus, some women don’t want to marry or have the baby because they don’t want to quit the job. It’s getting more serious problems in our society now. So we need some solutions and I’d like to suggest some ways. First, we should make the children’s day care center actively. Of course, it should be a good deal and safe. And then, all workplaces should be built convenient mother’s room. During pregnant or after pregnant, women get the different physiology, so they need some places to prepare the changes on working and keeping the private. Then, I hope we should good feeling about the pregnancy or marriage to women.
