Hi, my name is Yumi. Actually, my major is not English Language & Culture. However, I want to study to English. Nice to meet everyone in this class.
Now, I’m interested in foreign languages. When I was a middle student, I hate a English subject and when I was a freshman in high school, I was same. At that time, I more liked mathematics because I was attracted to math teachers. The teachers seemed very intelligent when they solved math problems very easily which were difficult for me. I studied Math very hardly but my Math score was not good. On the other hand, my English score was higher than Math’s even though I didn’t study it as much as Math. This situation was so stressful to me. Finally, after I entered this university, I realized it will be better for me to study English. Also, I realized I’m interested in learning foreign languages. Last year, I took a French class and it was very interesting like as English. So, last semester, I decided to learn the French as a second major and I’ve been doing it. Now, I want to study the both, English and French, while in university.
