Hi, my name is Kyung-hoon, Kim and I’m a junior now. Oh, maybe you think I’m a guy because of my name, but I’m a lady who is very friendly.
My major is Multimedia System Engineering and minor is English Language And Culture. I just changed it because I like to learn foreign languages and love American popular culture. So I’m very excited to join this class. But also I’m nervous because I’m very inexperienced, so I need your help. Help me please.
Anyway, I want you to introduce my dreams and major.
I want to be a 3D graphic artist. Do you know what they do? They make 3D graphics and some visual effects on the movies, games, commercial ads and so on. Actually I am especially interested in movie graphics and visual effects. I really hope to participate in 3D graphic work parts in great fantasy movies like Lord of The Rings and Herry Porter series, or disaster movies like The Day After Tomorrow. You know what? Someday, you will see my name on those kinds of movies’ ending credits. For that, I chose my major to Multimedia System Engineering, and study such as computer programmings, several graphic programs, editing programs, and some basics of multimedia systems. Oh, also English ability is very important in that field. That is another important reason why I chose my minor to English Language And Culture.
