Self-introduction
Hi. My name is ‘Kihun Song’.
The Comedian’s name ‘Kihun Hong’ had been a little famous in former days and my name are similar. And my first name is same with ‘Lillehammer winter Olympic’ short-track gold medal winner ‘Kihun Kim’.
I’m a sophomore, and studying two major ; English/America Language&culture and accounting.
I take much interest in English, but I don’t well English. I have much interest to accounting, and many recent accounting classes are lectured in English. So, good English ability is necessary for me.
I returned to school at this year. I was served in the army last 2 years. So, I didn’t study during long period, therefor my English ability is very bad now.
I think that this term is very important to me. I want to improve my English ability as much as other friends in this year. So, in this term, I filled all my major classes by English classes. I want to becoming my turning point in this term. I will study hard (especially class of professor Gord) my all major classes.
I like that see something. ; For example, read novel, or watch movie or drama, or see concert, and so on. So, I always read a novel or see the newspaper when I go to university. And I sometimes watch movie or concert with friends. (But I don’t see many times because movie or concert ticket is expensive.)
When I discharged from military service and return to the my university, I began one work. It things that I joining the group that make out a webzine that supply employment information. Catholic university is place of ‘Career development center’ that help students’ employment. And a group which make out Webzine in ‘Career development center’. Name of there is ‘Cukya’(Korean is ‘Ga-Dae-ya’ ; (www.cukya.com)). Now I’m a reporter who write the articles there. I’m much lacking yet, but I’m trying to write the better articles. I want that many Catholic University student who is interested in the employment and university see our Webzine.
I’m glad to meet Professor Gord and all classmates.
Study hard all together during this term, Want to be as good result to everybody.
