This is Hyesun
My name is Hyesun Kim. I was born in 1985. Now, I’m sophomore and major in English Language and Culture.
I like to read. I started to like reading because of my father. My father really likes to read, so when I was young, whenever he gave m a present, it was a book. Also, whenever he and I go out, we usually went to bookstore and stay in there for a long time to read books. Although I don’t have much time to read these days, I still like to read and spend time in the bookstore.
One of my favorite books is Harry Potter series. Before I read that books, I avoided to read fantasy fictions because I though nonsense stories were not that much charming to me. Anyway, at the first time my father gave me Harry Potter, I didn’t want to read that book because I notice that the book was story about wizards and magic. However, few days later I found that my sister read that book with a lot of excitement. I started to wonder why she was so excited, and I begin to read that book. Now, I love all the characters in that book and the plot.
In this class, I really want to improve my writing skill and I hope one day, I could write a story in English. To write a story in English, I’ll do my best in this class and try harder. Thanks you for the reading and see you at the class.
