Korean and dogs
Korean come into close relation with dogs.
Many korean have experience that bred dogs at least once.
Animals which can see as is commonest in our surroundings is dogs.
However, some foreigners think that korean think dogs as food only.
They speak that korean breed much dogs because they like dog meat.
In former days, France’s an actress had blamed habit that korean eat dog meat, and the foreign society for the prevention of cruelty to animals used to blame our culture.
I think that they had a wrong idea.
Korean people don’t breed dogs to eat dog meat.
On the contrary, korean think dogs as watchman who protect the house by edibility.
So, people who treat well dogs are many.
And a dog is the commonest pet to korean.
Koreans are easy to get dogs than other animals because many korean have dogs.
So, korean breed much dogs.
Only some korean people eat the meat.
Especially, only part of old people enjoys dog meat, They think that dog meat strengthen their vigor.
(however it is wrong ideas, and dog meat is no big difference with the ordinary meat.)
Most young people don’t eat dog meat except them.
I don’t eat dog meat.
I ate dog meat just once till now.
Father had deceived to me that dog meat is pig, and I could know that he was lie to me after I eat one slice justly.
The meat is different taste with pig, and It was strange taste.
And my mother spoke to me that it is dog meat, after that I never eat it.
I don’t eat because I love too much dogs so.
Merely, I felt rejection about food of unfamiliar material.

Korean who eat a dog is decreasing, and korean who make much of a dog as pet is increasing.
