Japanese ramen vs Korean ramen
I went to have a lunch with my partners to Hong-dae. we just chose Japanese ramen that is most famous place in there, and then we’re just already known about korean ramen. so we could easily compare both of them. I ordered ”In ramen” . As I first saw this , it looks like too fatty to eat .But the moment I try the flavour, I totally changed my mind about my first prejudice. it tasted very good.
In comparison with korean ramen, at first, this was not spicy ,even though it depends on what I choose. and noodle is even softer than it. but because the soup was too fatty, i couldn’t eat it at all. and sometimes , smelled like garlic less terribly. Next, we could see various ingredients in there, such as o gyun sal, suk ju namul, some garlics etc.
In contrast, Korean ramen is very simple. I ate korean ramen in Myung dong. I just order “bbal gae dduk”that is the hottest thing in there. the soup is very spicy as long as with drinking some water. But, it’s no difference with both of them in terms of ingredients.
