Singapore meegoreng
Last saturday, I and my parter went to Southeast Asia restaurant to eat Singapore meegoreng, and Thai TumYam Fried Rice. Singapore Meegoreng similar with Chap-chae which is a Korean traditional food. Chap-chae contains many kinds of vegetable including cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, spinache etc. You fry the noodles in oil and mix it wih the flavoured vegetables at many festivals and it is enjoyed by many people. The spices and sauces they put inside is soysauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Unlike many noodles Jab chae is not a common food to eat and it cannot have to much liquid(sauce), it is like fried noodle.
Meegoreng is the traditional food from Malaysia. It is simiIar to Chap-chae. They are fried noodle. They contain noodle, vegetables, and also soy sauce. Also they similar to shape and color. Both of them’s color is light brown. However Meegoreng has too many mung-bean sprouts than Chap-chae. It has sweet smell more than Chap-chae.It is a sort of cheap noodle that has special taste, and I think Korean would love it.
