Instant Food
These days the consumption of instant food have rapidly increased due to the increase of income and nuclear families, changes of consumer’s consciousness, leisure-boom and more participation of women into the society, etc. Instant food is processed to nearly completed dried food product so that people can eat it conveniently. Instant food like instant noodles ( Instant ramyeon ), curry, coffee, juice, bean paste sauce, corn flake and soup, etc. can be cooked in shorter hour.
Instant food is very convenient like this but it also has various kinds of problems on its nutritious factors. First, the calorie is high but content of other nutrition such as proteins and vitamins is very low. For this reason, our body can loose the balance of nutrition and due to the lack of sufficient nutritious level, it could cause severe problems to our health. Also, as it is high in calorie, the probability to get diseases of adult people are getting high. Moreover, in order to improve its taste, instant food adds up a large amount of sugar and oil. Therefore, instant food is not good to growing children or teenagers.
