Is homework good for student?
We had a topic about “Homework(esp.Gord’s class’)” the other day. What do you think think about that?
I’m strongly agree that it helps student. But you should be careful of its meaning between “It helps” and “It’s boring”. Boring homework doesn’t means bad works. I thought about it again and again in that way, and finally got the meaning.
Quoting Gord’s words, ”Homework is a pain in the butt,” then I added, “it might be a helpful job after you finishing it, though.” It enhances our abilities of thinking and writing. For the Koreans, thinking in English first is harder than translating it from written words in Korean. But I’m not sure in the case of translating first students. Because, it is the only way of my performing patterns.
In conclusion, it’s absolutely obvious that homework is good for us. There are many assignments that helps and we can get sort of feed-back from the Professor. There’s a proverb “No pains, no gains”. I agree with that and it’s same approach. The very important thing is abilities of changing boring works to hopeful works.
