Television is especially influential on the children of today. Each year, children read less but watch television more and more.  On average, kids spend nearly 4 hours a day watching television.  Some people say television can be entertaning and educational, and  can be giving kids a chance to travel the world, learn about different cultures they never experienced in their own community

 However, I like to say this media can be bad influence on children. The kids spend more time with TV than he or she spends talking to parent, playing with peers, attending school, or reading books. Because most kids are likely to learn things from TV that parents do not want them to learn.  Therefore I will say that TV exposes kids to negative influences and make passive behavior.
