He became a Japan consul in Lithuania in 1939, before World War 2 was broken. Jewish people  who lived in Poland escaped from Lithuania. They have to acquire a visa to seek refuge toward third countries. At that moment Japan was allied with German, so they objected to issue a visa. Although the situation, he issued visas for Jewish.Finally he was dismissed from his country and start to have many trouble to live; however he could saved about 6,000 Jewish people. When the war was over, some Jewish people who was helped by him in 1940 started find him. They found him barely and award a prize in1985. What is more, Israel conferred a nation decoration upon him in 1969. His achievement is respectable to all of people also sublime. He became famous as a japanese Schindler.
