Therefore,parents have to become director. and they should make television program list with your children. For example, children themselves first choose a favorite program. and then parents allow them to see the program. But parents forbid children to see the others programs. After making program list, parents attach it television side to remember their appointment. These parents’ behavior should protect children from television harm. 

2.(Audience:teachers) 

  I think that you sufficiently know about these television bad effects. But have you ever explained about it in your class? If you didn’t it, you should realize your responsibility and you should make specific teaching method to protect children from television harm.Because children have common character that they take teachers’ teaching or advice completely and they think that teacher is the absolute being.Therefore, you are very important key to solve bad effects. and you need to carry on propagonda warning about harm.

3. Reinforce.

  Television gives children bad things. That is, televison is evil. You maybe know that bad things harm children and then children can hurt. For example, your eyes can get worse. and your health can become worse, because spend lot of time just sitting in one plce. So television doesn’t become children’s good hobby. But some people insist that through television gets several imformation. I don’t agree it. I think that imformation through television is fragmentary knowledge. In short, television is bad.
