Handicapped
I saw handicapped in subway. They were likely to go picnic. Their face was very happy and they had much food in bag and hand. They had each name tag on their neck. And they continuously played with name tag. Although they are unhealthy, they are likely to have the most pure and naive mind. At that time, I occured to an article.
An article is about comparision of education surrounding between Korea and Australia. In case of Korea, School for handicapped is one or two in each city. So they have to go the school despite taking 1 hour. And they always take a taxi, because school bus or public traffic system insufficient. But in case of Australia, there are school for handicapped in every village. And they take a personal car in front of home. Its expense is free.
I thought they are different to us. And I didn’t think deeply about them and their difficult. But my thinking changes, after I saw the article. And I realize how inferior our system for handicapped is and their problem is our problem. I think we have to give much concern for them.
