election

May 31th, the day is a local election’s day. People who have the franchise have to elect necessarily. For that reason, there is too much noises recently from place to place. Also, great and small accidents often occurs. Of course, it is good that take a stump. However, election campaigners  canvass for votes both by day and by night. They don’t care time or place. I really wonder the person who stands for election knows about the fundamental human rights. If he/she knows it, I also wonder they have necessary quality to become a great statesman. An election campaign of Korea has to be changed.

  1. My girlfriend was saying the same thing. She hates election time because of all the noise and problems with traffic. She really does prefer when campaigning involves reasoned discussion and debates on TV, like she saw in Canada. I think it’s more likely people will choose the candidate who represents them if they can hear what that person feels. If you are swayed by loud noises and people perfoming on the street, how do you know that the politician actually will represent your beliefs and interests? That’s what I wonder…
