The government announced that first and second grades students will take a english class at this year. I don’t  agree it. I heard that the mother tongue is firmed at third or fourth grades. So to learn the second language makes first and second grades students confused. I think to learn the mother tongue has to be prior than to learn the second language. For example, a child can’t speak korean, but the child speaks english very well. It is a paradoxical matter. I think it is not powerful matter. However, some people think it is good and hope their children become like it. And they even insist our language should change english. Of course, english is a grobal language, but we protect our language, because the mother tongue includes our spirit and culture. I think we have a pride about our language like France, because to have one’s own language is great power.
