For example,he have a mental disease so he repeat the same behavior.

He also self-torture so he often hit the his legs with fist.

For instance, he have a tender-mind so he easily depressed by minor events.

When he was intoxicated the man often cry.

For example, he also love of cleanliness.

So he very often wash his hands.

I think he maybe suffer from an obsession so he should take medical treatment in mental hospital.
