Advertising tricks customers to buy something that is unnecessary. Do you think advertising always leads us to buy what we need?

Now, we are living in the world, full of advertisements. So we have to look advertisements very carefully so that we can distinguish a proper ADs from whole ones. Of course , advertising can be very helpful to us. For example, it gives us many informations about new products. Or it makes us possible to compare with various items easily. However, it can be dangerous to people who are not critical enough to compare like children or elderly. And advertising makes products more expensive because it includes much money which is caused by advertising. As a result , I think ADs that gives us proper informations are necessary in our lives. but exaggerated ADs shoud be limited.
