About myself.
Hi, everyone. At first I want to tell you that I’m so glad to take a same class with all of you. Although this is a required subject to me, I’m willing to take it. It is coming up to my expectation now.
Today, I want to tell about myself. I was born in 1984 May 22nd. When I was young, I didn’t want to eat rice. My mom tried to eat food instead of the rice, but she failed as many times. She once got me to finish my dinner, but I threw up. I might be stubborn. After that, she gave up my unbalanced diet. and I became tiny little girl compare with other girls. However, as time goes on, I noticed that I’m so little than others and the first day I entered the elementary school, I hurted my pride because of the fact my school number was 1 ; they gave a number in order the height at that time. I got a shock and got rid of my bad habit immediately. Although I’m average height of Korea women now, the height was my weakness and it affected my personality. I was timid and pridless until graduating high school. I thought I was worthless and I couldn’t have eye contact with anyone. However, university life was my turning point. I felt free and became more socialable by joining some clubs. Moreover, going to Canada was good experience for me. I could meet and hung out with many friends who are from other country, so I learned how to understand and considerate others. I became independent because I lived alone in Canada. It was difficult for me to make me outgoing and gregarious. Now I’m so happy and satisfied with me because I know how to love myself. I think the happiness lies on contentment. Do love yourself!
You point out really imprtant thing. ‘Do love yourself’ Sometimes I hate myself, it makes me tough. After I read your articl, I had time to think of me. Actually, I dislike to eat rice, either. It happened when I was high shool student. I was too busy to eat rice, so I just eat biscuit and bread. Until now I am trying to change my diet style.
