Emotional Health.
There are many people in each country, as you know: DIFFERENT MEN DIFFERENT MIND. Many things that happen in our life can distrupt our emotional health and lead to strong feelings of sadness, stress or anxiety. These things include: having problems in your school life or jobs, getting divorced or married, suffering an illness or an injury, etc. These seem to be a normal part of our life.
The emotions have a great effect on your life, no less. Your body responds to the way you think, feel and act. When you are stressed, anxious or upset, your body tries to tell you that something is not good. For example, high blood pressure, a change appetite or stomachache might develop after a particularly stressful event such as the death of a loved one.
If you have problems in your personal life that are causing emotional distress, you should consult a doctor. Remember that he or she can’t always tell you that you are felling stressed just by looking at you. Otherwise, you should take care of yourself. It is important to your body to have a regular routine by eating healthy meals, getting enough sleep and exercising. Avoid overeating and don’t abuse drugs or alcohol. Using drugs or alcohol just cause other problems such as family and health problems. Poor emotional health can weaken your body’s immune system.
I agree with you. If someone have problems that are causing emotional distress, it is necessary to see a doctor. However most Korean think she is mentally deranged if she meets a psychiatrist. They have to throw out this prejudice.
