Have you dreamt of love?
This semester I am taking ” Learning English through movies” class. In the class. I watched “Sleepless in Seatle”. This story was quite shock to me. Woman was going to marriage with her boyfriend, But she was suddenly interested in a wan, Sam, who talked in the radio show. She had never seen him. Of course, she didn’t know who him was. Do you think there are possibility to fall in love, like her? I don’t think so. After all, she broke up with her boyfriend, and she met Sam. How she betrayed her boyfriend! She had already ingaged. Everybody call this movie as ramantic movie, but for me it is so cruel.

I am taking that class as well. But do you really think this movis is so cruel?? If she didn’t confess her feeling about sam to her boyfriend and didn’t break up with him then just got married, what would happen to her marrige? Maybe both of them will be unhappy someday, I think. Of course this is just movie but it can happen in real life.
I took ‘Learning English through movies’ class last year. I also saw ‘Sleepless in Seattle’. To love someone who I’ve seen may possible happen because love makes impossible thinks possible. I liked last scene of this movie, so I have visited Empire state building!
I saw the movie. I think Annie was one of the romantic woman, but Walter only said not feeling. I think he had to take up a positive attitude and appeals to her emotion in the last scene. Anyway I already went the Empire State Building, but I’d like to go there again through watching the movie.
I agree with your opinion! It could hurt Walter. However, I think love is kind of selfish thing. People fall in love for themselves. I guess if Annie was not happy with Walterand didn’t tell him, it could be a kind of betral. What do you think about that?
