Cooking French Foods With a Professor

Have you ever eaten a crepe and a gallete? These are a kind of french pancakes. Last friday, my french professor Alexia invited me and 9 students to her office for today’s crepe party! Today I brought some ham for it. We cook together and Alexia taught how to make a crepe and a gallete. Gallete can could be a meal because there are an egg, a slice of ham, french cheese, and tomatoes in it. The dough of it is made of eggs, flour, butter, and water. Unlike a gallete,  crepe is a sort of dessert because we can put it in some jam or dark chocolate or sugar. The dough of it is made of 300 gram of flour, a little sugar, 4 eggs, a little butter, and milk. It was so easy. Just put them in the bowl, mix them, and pour lot of milk until the dough become like yogurt. After that, fried a ladle of it on the fried pan, make it big round shaped as same as pan, put on some jam or some dark chocolate, and fold it like a triangle. I missed how to make a gallete because of a class, but crepe was more dilicious. I recommend it to you!
