Lung cancer is the leading cancer killer in the world. The most definitive and frequent cause of the disease is smoking. 87 percent of lung cancer incidents are directly or indirectly related to smoking, Futhermore, people who smoke more than a pack of cigarettes a day are 15 to 20 times more likely to develop lung cancer than non-smokers. The heavier and longer one smokes and the earlier one starts to take up the habit of smoking, the higher the risk of developing lung cancer. Additionally, those who were exposed to secondhand smoke for a long time are much more likely to develop lung cancer than those who were not. Above all, the fact that the five-year survival rate for those who were diagnosed with lung cancer is only 15 percent shows how deadly this disease is

Of course, I know have a smoke is bad for the health. Nevertheless I have smoking.To promote health I ought to quit smoking. But it is hard to quit. Many people are made a New Year’s resolution. One of many resolution is quit smoking.That is to say, the people who smoking be firmly resolved to guit smoke. But many of them tend to fail quit smoking.
