Have you ever given somebody money to help them?
Have you ever given sombody money to help them? especially, on the underground.
If you use underground more than on time, you could see many of begging people who are disable. Before I lived in Seoul, I rarely saw thoese people. so I used to give money them and believed it could be help them even if a little bit. It also was such a conscience. But I reconized that most people didn’t do that in a while.
In additon, one of my friend said
“They are connected with a gang. even if you give money them, it wouldn’t be help them”
In fact, I didn’t agree with him but I saw a blind man who took off his sunglasses after getting off underground. However, I can’t conclude all of tem are an impostor and stop to giving money. The jugement is up to you. But I am still not give money them
