Do you like Sundae?
There are many foods in ther world and some foods are usually compared with our foods. Do you like Sundae? I ate broiled Sundae with may partner Rira on this Wednesday at Sundae town in Sillim-dong. Sillim-dong is very famous for broiled Sundae in Korea. There are some similarities between Sundae and Sausage. For example, both are long and slim. So we have to cut them to eat. And, Sundae’s ingredients are very similar to Sausage. To make Sundae, we stuff pig intestine with bean curd, green-bean sprouts and Chinese noodles. A method of Sausage is similar to Sundae. To make Sausage, stuff minced red meat into pig intestine or artificial casing.
However, there are also differences between Sundae and Sausage. We usually eat Sundae by heat it with steam or parch it with vegetables and hot pepper however, Sausage roasted with seasonings. And, Sundae ordinarily garnished with ddeogboggi and kimbap for a snack. In contrast, we eat Sausage with steaks and eggs for a meal or served with beer as aappetizer.
It was interesting to find similarities and differences between Sundae and Sausage. Sometimes, finding characteristics of foods will make you fun during the meal.
