Try Vietnamese Ssam!
I went to the Vietnam restaurant to eat a roll. Vietnamese ssam has the same way of making as Korean ssam-bob. Both are wrapped, and its shape is a roll. However, there are several differences between Vietnamese ssam and Korean ssam. Vietnamese ssam has almost 15 ingredients. In contrast, Korean ssam is usually eating with 1 main food. While Vietnamese ssam’s taste is sweet because its paste is made by peanut , Korean one, does saulty and hot, because it is made by fermented bean and chilly. Even though Vietnamese ssam’s rice paper has to be soften by dip in a hot water, Korean ssam can eat raw because it is wrapped by lettuce. I like both! Both are look good, and have different taste. Why don’t you try it once? You’ll love it!
