We visited the KOFIC Namyangju Studios
Seji and I visited the KOFIC(Korean Film Council) Namyangju Studios last Saturday. It was a huge studio complex and we saw many movie settings like traditional Korean vilages, the Joint Security Area of Panmunjeom, a law court, and so on. Also we could see how do they make a movie and how do they make it more realistically and effectually. In addition, We visited the miniature exhibition and saw the making film of Wonderful Days which was a three-dimentional film. It was very excited. Moreover, We had a chance to do the foley work. We postsynchronized sounds such as walking in heels, closing the door, fluttering the pages with the scenes. It was a very interesting experience. There was only one thing that made us feel the lack. I really expected that there would be a shoot but there was not that day. However it was still good and helpful for us because we major in multimedia and we are interested in the movie field. I hope to visit there again and experience more.
