Korea because of the affect of the mass media. For example, the concept of cross sexual like tomboy is now very popular style in
Korea. Also, homosexuality is not a difficult issue being in the media anymore. Many Korean dramas, movies, songs, plays, and musicals now talk about the issues of homosexuality in more comfortable way. But the problem is that the media sometimes goes too far without proper regulation. Therefore, it is important to prescribe some rules for broadcasting and be monitored by the audiences.

Paraphrasing – the Introduction     In many societies, sexual issues have not been talked freely in the public. The Korean society is not an exception, for example, there is a famous phrase in
Korea; ‘Different genders don not sit at the same place after the age seven.’ Because of the affect of Confucianism, the sexual separation has been treated for a long time. This conservative concept was taken over until the recent period. For example, some sexual expressions in the media, especially the public broadcasting stations, have been banned only several years ago. At that time, there was a special regulation to forbid the scenes of kissing or hugging between the sexes. Â
