I don’t think I need to introduce these two for you but if you need more information do a search. They are the two big issues with food these days with mad cow being the one most talked about. From what I read the avian flu seems to be a problem more these days in Korea. It has spread from all over Korea except Jeju Island. Mad cow has not spread just people care about the potential of it spreading. So what I want to ask is what do you think is our problem right now? I know we should focus both but which one is the leading problem.
I think both problems are leading problems, so we should focus on both together. However, I believe that mad cow disease is more serious to us.
In the futher, the biological issue will threat human beings in many ways.
Therefore, we need to do something to prevented the biological problems.
I can’t understand why importing beef from U.S.A. is a huge problems. There is no case that people died from mad cow disease in Korea as well as in America. Moreover, we don’t have any scientific evidence or knowledge about mad cow disease. I think we need to think logically. More than mad cow disease, I think AI is the more serious problem because it is what actually happening right now. Because of the mad cow disease, we are missing the the more dangerous thing.
