Joo Hyung’s mother is stingy. She does not want to pay an electrical charge. For example,she turns off a light when she watch TV at night. She rarely buy clothes. She does not want to buy a new clothes. For example, she often wears her husband’s clothes instead. She also does not want to spend money making up her face beautifully.For instance, she only put cosmetic sample on her face. In conclusion, I think she is a little stingy.
