Vietnamese ssam
I went to the Vietnamese restaurant with my partner to eat “Vietnamese ssam”. I thought Vietnamese ssam is similar to Korean Bossam when I saw it.
They have some difference. Vietnamese ssam is involved cucumbers, carrots, chicken, crab, sesame leaves, tomatoes and pimentos, and so on. It is wrapped up in supple rice paper. When we eat, rice paper is soacked in prepared warm water. And then various ingredients are put in there. Finally put sauce on it and just eat.
On the contrary, Korean Bossam is involved boiled meat and some vegetables such as red pepper or garlic. It is wrapped up in lettuce or cabbage. Gochujang, Korean sauce, is put in it.
Vietnamese ssam has good taste that I haven’t ever eaten. I thought it will have a little bit flat. But it isn’t flat at all. It is suitable to these days wellbing style. Because of it has a lot of vegetables and isn’t put any seasoning. Anyway I recommended these wellbing food.
