Media Opinion: Elections

How do you think about the media opinion?  In the recent years the media keeps gaining more control and they seem to decide who will be the main runner for political offices. In the U.S.A. the media focus on Obama and Clinton for the most part while ignoring many other candidates. If the media would give all them fair chance I think the outcomes would be different. The media gives their opinion too much about what they think is good or bad. If the media would allow the viewers to make their own opinion without misleading them I think it would be better. How do you think the media should address news? Is the media worst now?

  1. In the U.S.A. the media focus on Obama and Clinton for the most part while ignoring many other candidates.

Why do you get that impression? My impression is that the Right-wing media is focused on Obama and Clinton, and the left-wing media is focused on Obama and McCain. And everyone is focused on Bush, of course, but for different reasons.

  2. I was meaning how the right wing media focus on those two candidates for democratic party but not other candidates that were running for the democratic side. In the start they have always mostly focused on Obama and Hilary for the democrats. Further more, in korea media, at first i thought the only candidates are Obama and hilary because they focused on this way but I am sure it will change soon.
