As you know May 2ed, huge cyclone hit burma.

A lot of people died, and  many people got injury.

But Burma government do not accept UN’s help and other NGO’s helps becuase Burma dictator afraid

when foreigners come into Burma thier dictatorship break. Burma government don’t care about their nations she care about only themselves.

Korea already went through same dark poltical time when 1970~1980s. We should to help them.

Not only restore Burma from cylone but also her democracy movement.

In this situation, media can keep announcing to people who don’t know about how dangerous situation in Burma.

Finally I read all Harry Potter book yesterday!!!

Last series was not so good enough but still I love Harry Potter series.

Interesing thing is do you guys find Harry Potter book cover picture becaming change since Harry Potter movies released?

It looks similar Harry Potter actor and illustrations are changed since same time.

And sometime when I read book, I imagine actors and actress’s acting and vocies.
This symptoms never happned before I saw Harry Potter movies.

You guys also have same symptoms with me?

These days I’m srcaping 2 kind of newspaers which have different view point every week beause assignment.

As you know Korea has really strong right wing newspapers which are Chosun, JoongAng, DongA and other side(left wing)are Hankyoreh, kyunghyang and Omynews.

They speak totally differently as samething.

When I was highschool I learned newspaper should tell us only truth.

Not their opinion and judgement.

But these newspares give their opinion and judgement including news to us.

I’m not telling article(사설).

In this situation how we can believe which is truth?
and how we can dicide our opinion about reality by ourselves?

When you have date or meet your freind, do you find 맛집?

I do. If me and my friend will meet HongDae, I’m searching internet where is cheap and good place to eat.

But sometimes I regret my dicision. Cause internet gave me wrong information.

So I more beileve people who very familir where I want to go.

Through people I’m usually success my dicision.

But funny thing is, that internet informations are also some people uploard their blogs or cafe.

Basically, intehrnet informations and asking people are same I think.

But why internet has bunch of wrong informations????

Crazy cows attack us!!

We can not eat Ramen, snacks, jelly, beef(of course!!), hamburger,chocopie, and so on.
but how we careful about food finally we have no choice but to contagious. Because Crazy cows can be contagion by saliva and air.
And also crazy cows are invincible!! Finally we will all die!!

What are the Korea government doing??!!

You guys know about Shakira?

She is a singer from Colombia. She sang 2006 German World Cup song.(the song title is Hips don’t lie)

She is the most famous Latino singer in the U.S.A (She is one of my favorite!!! She is so hot!!!!>_<)

When I watched her concert DVD I thought about Rain(Bi).

These two people have  things in common.

Do you think Rain can succeed in the U.S.A?

I hope so. Actually in the America most of his fans are Asian  second or third generation immigrants.

Shakira also same. Most of her fans are Latino. So during the concert she spoke Spanish, sang spanish songs a lot then audience sang together. 

Shakira and Rain are the other in the U.S.A cause they are not white even black.

I think Shakira is a symbol of Latino’s pride.  I hope Rain also will be a symbol of Asian pride.

When I was in the America, I met lots of Latino students. They were really proud of Shakira. They wanted to give information about Shakira and thier culture. Even if they from Mexico, Venezuela and Nicaragu. Cause they considered Shakira is a symbol of Latino.

I really hope Rain will be a big big star in the U.S.A!!

some students don’t know about this old pop star.

But my mother called to me and shout”You know that? Duran Duran come to Korea!! Can you believe that? they are coming!!” Yes, My mother is Duran Duran generation

Maybe these days kids don’t know who is BSB, or N Sync or some other pop stars.

but these pop singers were super famous when I was early teenager.

 Who is your favorite pop singer? that pop singer  jump from generation to generation?

Like Micheal Jackon or Nirvana? and 

who’s concert do you really want to go if that singer(s) come to Korea?

I really want to go Bjork and Hole(even if this band not exist now) and Prince!!!!!

When I went to department store I visited Polo shop and I picked up a shirt.

Do you guess how much it was?? 1790000won!! I droped it. -_-;; 

Why just “A shirt” price is soooooooooo expensive??

Becuase it was “Polo” shrit?? 

Despite it was tooooo expensive but I wanted it.

Why? why I wanted that shrit? it was as same design with cheaper cloths.

I think beause of only “Polo”mark. Poeple think when they dress expensive brand cloths others look them more higher and important and also themselves have self-confidence.

Do you guys know Neil Boorman? He wrote “Bonfire of the Brands.”

He bonfire all of his brand goods and he confess he is brand addictor.

And he said if you buy brand goods for show off other people you are brand addictor.  because that goods are maybe actually don’t need to you. And also he said even if you dress that kinds of brand cloth your value is not higer than now.

 But why we want expensive brand goods? Why they are look great?

These days I’m watching American soap opera “Weeds.”

It content is widow sell pots(marihuana)for make money to living.

This drama’s background is white rich suburban but lots of people smoke pot even if they are lawer and accountant during play golf or watch American football.

So I have a question. In the North America smoke pot is really common culture?

It’s illegal thing then how people smoke pot while playing golf? It just only soap opera thing or not?
