what is your most favorite rice food?  Do you know that there are various rice foods in the world?  Japan’s sushi is a popular food in the world. It is a mouthful size of boiled-riceball topped with sliced raw fish. There are many kind of sushi. Vietnam’s Pho is a Vietnamese rice noodle soup with chicken. Pho is delicious, It is different than chinese food. The broth, chewy rice noodles, sweet spices and scintillating herbs provide comfort in a bowl. Bibimbab is a my favorite dish. It is a korean dish.  Bibimbab is rice mixed with vegetables, beef, fried egg, sesame oil and korean hot chili sauce. Let’s enjoy a rice food.
