Elementary Composition – Night

Do you know ‘ Romeo and Juliet effect’ ? It is used in psychology. It means that love is more powerful when someone opposed their love. I hadn’t experienced this effect, but I felt this recently. Do you think this effect is real? I think it is clearly true. For example, I argued with my boyfriend almost everyday. I was making peace with my boyfriend after I argued with him. I suddenly asked him for going my home. He worried about his costume, but I asked him again and again. So, he bought chicken for my parents, and went my home. But my parents thought he is rude. Because he didn’t prepare for meeting. He wore sportswear and slippers. They rebuked him for etiquette, and said me ” You don’t invite him after this time. ” I felt sorry to him. But  far from blaming me, he comforted me , instead. We don’t argue untill now but also think much of each other.

Have you ever make a plan? Almost everyone maybe learned making summer vacation plan in elementary school. Because people have to think about their time, importance of works, and order for making plan, they decide that making plan is difficult. But we live in high tech period. Everything change quickly. So, making plan is important to you. It make you to remember important works. That is very principal. For example, although I’m university student, I have many work like each subject’s homework, club meeting, church work. If I don’t make any plan, I will miss something importance. Also, making plan make you more easy approch to your goal.

Ants lived my home in last year. Rhey make many problem. But main problem is that they make hole everywhere in my house. For example, they make hole in wall, wall clock, plants, food. The holes look like black dots. That spoiled home decoration. Hole would be home for new ant. They spreaded quickly around hole. Also, their hole killed other living. For example, my mother like to growing plants like orchid. Because ant graw at their root and leaves, they were dying when my mother found them. So, my family were careful about putting food in kitchen.

He is my club’s senior. He is very kind man. He take care of me. Also, he after my younger sister. For example, my sister had big test for university entrance in last year. He didn’t meet my sister, but he gave taffy to her. So, she got more support, and felt happy. Moreover He relieves me when I need help. For example, I didn’t recieve money from my part time job employer. I asked my money, but she only said ” O.k. I will give you. ” I told him. Because I wait for two month, but she didn’t give money. He called her, and said. So, I recieve my money after than. Because he kind to other people like doing to me. Almost every my club members like him. Also, I like him very much. I want to take after him.

If you could have dinner with any famous person in the world,
who would you meet and what would you talk about?

I hope to meet the president of catholic university (our school). His name is Im Byung Hun. He is now a father and president. I have known him since I entered our school. We want to know him still actually we don’t know well. 
One day when I was studying in the library, he went passed there. but, we couldn’t recognize him, because he was simple in style as if he take a walk in sports clothes. He came up to us and bought an ice cream. He encouraged me to study hard. His figure very impressed me. He must be warm-hearted personality. After that, We are used to meeting him. 

 If I could have a dinner with him, I would like to hear about his history.  Also I have some following question. ”What do you think in popular secret among the students?” “What’s your favorite student type?” and so on. Given a chance, also, I’ll claim student’s error thing in face to face. For example, “we need an active support to all club.” “We want to improve our school dining room, please” and so on. I think, A great person is never far from us. Because there are many respectable person around me.  

Here are some about my stories. I have inherited my personality in halves from each of my parents because I have my father’s outgoing personality, I like to make friends. and I have been maintaining good personal relationships ,and I have a lot of friends around me. When I meet my friends by accident or talks to them over the phone, I often feel happy. Even, I tend to talkative to them, and then, I feel stress away. The other side, I have a shy side in my personality from my mother. So, in an ironic, I am calm and patient. Especially, when I was young, I couldn’t talk well with acquainted people in any strange place. But, this was improved as I grew older. I think I received a lot of help from my friends and teacher. 

Now, I will write you about my strength and weakness for more. My perseverance is one of my good points. I never give up easily though I can’t handle something. I never get angry easily as well. This enabled me to take a cautious in every matter. Also I am a warm-hearted person. Whenever I watch a touching sight in TV, I often shed tears.  Above all things, my weak point is sometimes lazy. Although I have too much sleep, I am striving to get up early and not still up late. Another my weakness is also my habit to postpone frequently what I have to do today. I’ll overcome my  weaknesses in planning a day. I’m sure this bad habit has been improved. Also, I believe that I become a more sincere person.

There was a small and quiet village, and there lived a people who likes  wearing diamond. It was kind of their own culture, so people wear diamond everyday. One day, people has been attacked by Malaria. Unfortunately Malaria spreads easily, so almost of people suffered from that. That day, tiger attacks people who can’t defend themselves becasue of deases. Also lion attacks peole who another villiage people who don’t wear  diamond. It’s a lion who die because of Malaria. Tigers survive from Malaria, becasue tigers eat diamond. Diamond has a protect ability from disease.

She is very selfish, because she is the youngest of the family who has  spoiled her very much. Because she is also like shopping, I have to shop with her whether I am tired or not. She is a stingy girl, so I have to buy her meal! I don’t like her, so I don’t want to meet her anymore.

I hate cats. Frankly speaking, I sacred cats because I believed cats can understand what people said. The past time, my mother told me real story about cats. She brought up a kitty. After long time, the cat became pregnant and the cat kittened eight kittys. At that times, because my mother was very poor, there are no enough room for the cat and eight kittys. So she told the cat ” why you kitten many kittys?”. You maybe should be good If you kitten one or two kittys. Next a day, the mother cat cruelly killed her six kittys. My mother said that it was a terrible aspect about cats. After listened to her story, whenever I met cats, I felt scared that cats can understand what people said. 

When I worked in Africa, I was infected with Malaria, because it spreads easily there. I was in despair and drunk everyday. I started to hate everything around me. It seemed that God is totally unfair. I needed something to loose my anger. I bought a gun and shot something. It’s a lion because It was the first thing I found after buying the gun. I felt something like ecstasy. I wanted more to shot. Next day I shot a tiger because it attacks people. I thought all tigers should be killed for human beings. But soon shooting animals couldn’t satisfy me. While I was thinking like that, one woman passed by me with diamond on her finger. Suddenly it occurred to me that people wear diamond because they have nothing to spend money on. I grabbed my gun and slowly aimed at her.

 I visited my friend’s university yesterday. I have never gone other university, except when I was high school student once. Because of that, I really wondered there. Especially, I was supposed to meet my best friend, so I felt good. At first I took a subway, and I wasn’t accustomed to going strange places, so I had to transfer subway twice. Moreover, on getting off subway, I had to ride a bus, and after all, I was late. I was sorry for coming so late, but my friend gave me joyous welcome. After we had a lunch, we saw together her university in everywhere. There were many huge buildings than my expectation. Even though it didn’t work, there was enormous fountain. To tell the truth, there was university where my father graduate. My father was always proud of his old school, and now I can know that reason. Because my friend had next class, I couldn’t help leaving there quickly. On the way come home, I thought I hope to see there again sooner or later.

 I guess almost all people hate a rat. Of course I dislike it too. there are several reasons that make me dislike it. First, It simply looks dirty. It is true that a rat is thought as a symbol of uncleanness throughout the world. Even there is a movie named ‘The Rats’ describing people who fight against dirty and vicious rats. Second, its shape looks odious. For example, its dark gray color and long tail make me hate rats. Finally, rats are dangerous. For example, they carry diseases that make people sick. Even some rats bite people. Have you seen the picture that was reported on newspaper some months ago? In the picture a rat that almost as same size as a dog was attacking a person. Due to these reasons I dislike a rat. 

The frestival is getting alive out there. It seems lots of students are having fun. Some studentb are selling food. some others are having performances. Also, there will be a music performance at night.  The atmosphere is full of anticipation for the music performance. Every student looks so happy except me. Now I’m doing my assignments in the library and I feel so tired. Even I have a class later, so I have to wait until 7:50pm. My day is finishing with lots of assignments and group workshop. It’s tragic..

It is very important to memorize English words as much as possible. Also, it is very boring and hard to maintain, but there is a key to memorize well. It is a group of vocabulary study. Even though it is only my experience, it has been very useful to develop my English ability. In 2004, my classmates suggested “let’s make study group to memorize English words.�? It was very interesting, so I decided to do it as soon as I could. There were some rules to keep us. First, we should not be absent. If we did, we should give a little penalty. Second, if we were mistaken, we should pay a little money each per mistake. Lastly, if anyone was the most mistaken, he must make a next exam paper. It might give you a lot stresses, nerves and upset, but it was easy to solve pass by. How about starting right now?

As my graduation is drawing near, I should ready for getting employment. When I was in fresh-man, I didn’t care to get employment. Neither did my sophomore and junior. I really regretted that I didn’t care. Even though I regret my past, I never give up my dream. So, I am preparing to develop my asset. I don’t know if I can get employment as good as possible, but I will do my best not to regret when I graduate my school.

There was a heavy rain yesterday, so my clothes were absolutely wet. If I get wet because of rain, I will have a fit of anger. However, I felt different like usual, because it didn’t rain for a long time. I used to feel unpleasant when it was rain, but I don’t know why I was glad to feel. I just felt cool because of the sound of rain. After it was over, when was dawn, I came out of library to go my home. At that time my school was wrapped in a dens fog. Can you imagine that sight? How so wonderful! Even though I felt so tired, I couldn’t feel any tired because of its scene. Through my experience, I could love my school more than before.

Even though I don’t know well about Africa, it is very interesting. They almost don’t wear clothes. Neither did women. Whenever I watched TV about Africa, I thought they were very pathetic. However, it is my mistake because they could enjoy life through their methods. Everybody must not judge which culture is superior. Some of them wore necklace, it is diamond. People wore diamond, so I thought it was common. Sometime they fought beasts. How dangerous! One of the beasts is a lion, and another is a tiger. Of course, they could win, but they had a big hurt, too. Some people might die. Some tigers attacked people, because people invaded their routes. Even though it is very interesting to travel Africa, meet African, but it may dangerous.

 Tae-Gwang’s friend, ‘YS’ is stingy person. He never spends money when he meets Tae-Gwang. For example, he never spend money when he goes a pub with TG. Even YS has more money than TG has, but he doesn’t spend money. Also YS is unusual person. For instance, he invites TG for drinking and then he lets TG pay for it.

 We hate mosquitos for several reasons. First, mosquitos carry viruses and disease such as Malaria and Japanese encephalitis, so the viruses can be transmitted to people when the mosquitos suck people’s blood. Second, mosquitos make annoying sounds. For example, they make annoying sounds at near of our ears when we sleep. Third, After they bite us, we feel itchy seriously. Finally, we have to spend money because of mosquitos. For instance, we have to spend money to buy medicines, mosquito sprays and mat.

I’m planning to travel around Europe in this summer vacation with my friends. I’m really looking forward to it, because I have wanted to travel other countries. Europe is where I most have wanted to travel. Because I won’t use any traveling services or have guides, I have to plan very specifically. I want to experience these countries’ real life rather than just follow tourist route. Anyway I hope it will be good experience.

 I’ll describe one of my friends. He was very thin and looked weak at first, but now he is really muscular. Because he wanted to be mom-jjang, (a person who has very well-built body) he started weight training some months ago and exercised very hard. Now his body looks good and healthy. He want to have more muscular body, so he still goes to a gym everyday. Sometimes he seems to be addicted to exercise because he goes to the gym, even though he is sick or very tired. I hope he can maintain his well-built body.

There are some reasons I don’t like mosquitoes. First, when mosquito bites us, it’s very itchy, because mosquitos pour their spittle into people’s body. Second, When we scratch an they bite, it becomes red, and its sight make us crawly. Third, it cost a lot of money to kill or avoid them, because we have to buy a mosquito net, spay and mosquito repellant. In finally, they are very annoying, especially when we tried to sleep!   I have a good idea to avoid mosquitos in the night. Smoke a mosquito repellant out and then put up a mosquito net. Don’t be cheat from mosquios who lie in the floor when you spay to them. They just faint! You have to kill them assurely. I hate summer becasue of mosquitos! They don’t have any good things. They behave in an annoying person.

Sohee said her father is  the most stingy father in her family. He never gives allowances to her daughter So hee, so she tried to get the money when he drank ,but it failed. She get the money from her mother, and she earn her own money to have part time job. He never  eats dinner ,and  also he doesn’t buy foods outside. When he want to have some snacks or fruits he buy cheapest them even they are not fresh! He don’t go to movies to watch. He wait that movies until it is on tv. He is very stingy person!

It’s the largest city in the U.S. There is a natural and biggest harbor in the world. The city has five sections, called boroughs. The most important and best known borough is Manhattan, the commercial, cultural, and financial center of the city. Also Live entertainment is plentiful in this city. Plays performed “on Broadway” often participate famous actors, playwrights and producers. This city has famous symbol ; the Statue of Liberty. It was given by French gorverment. This statue is one of the largest in the world.

On saturday, I hiked Gwanak Mountain with my friend. At first, we decided to hike the middle of Mountain peak. But we cannot help hiking at the Mountain peak because we were attratived by a beautiful spectacle. Whenever we took a break, we were often irritated by smoking people. When we got to the Mountain peak, even though we came out in much sweat, we really felt refreshed by fresh air and beautiful scenes. As we lost a route, we had sometimes many troubles. But thanks to fresh air and beautiful spectacles, we really felt a tranquil mood.

 I think the most important factor that we should enhance for success is FLEXIBILTY. Of course, this attitude may have some weak points but it also has many strong points, too.

Above all, it can minimize conflicts which break up when discussing something or talking with someone. When we have flexibility we can get along with people very well and make a goal more easily. In the past, It was very important for leaders to behave powerfully when acting or speaking. But now, things changed. Today, being flexible or mild is more important than being strong.

Second, It can save us a burden that might has been one’s whole duty. That means we can share a lot of works to do seperately and make it easier to carry out. Not only time but also money can be saved as well.

Third, with it , we can be adapted to a new enviroment very quickly. As you know the world we are living today is changing extemely fast. So we have to cope with a new situation. Flexibility is very useful attitude in this changing world.

There are lots of other important factors that we should learn for our success. But I’m sure that you will never succeed without being flexible.

 This place is famous for serving coffee with free cakes. Both of the headquarter and its chain place in Sin-Chon, Seoul. Many couples visit this place for drinking coffee, because not only it offers free cakes, but also ‘couple seat’. The couple seat has a partition and a sofa which has the high back so that couples have a comfortable time without caring other people’s eyes. Can you guess what place this is??

 When I decided to go to Pretoria, the capital of Republic of South Africa, I was warned of the danger of Malaria. I was said that Malaria was spreading easily and quickly in Africa, because the atmospheric temperature was abnormally higher than usual. However, It couldn’t change my mind to go there, so I went to Pretoria. When I arrived there, many people only wore diamonds on their underwears, because the sparkle of a diamond prevented from approaching of wild animals. My travel guide told me that actually a tiger attacked people, because they hadn’t worn diamonds. That anecdote made me scared. One day I was walking around in the national park. Suddenly something came out from the bush. It was a lion, so I took out my emergency diamond from my pocket and throw its sparkle on the lion’s face. the lion got frightened at the luster, ran back into the bush.

 I had a strange dream yesterday. I went new place. At first, I was walking with my friend. By the way, some strange people told us we must be caful tigers in there. They said tiger attacks people unconditionally. My friend and I were afraid of them, so we walked step by step. Suddenly, huge thing jumped out to us. We were surprised, so we couldn’t move more with ours eyes wide open. It was not a tiger. It was a lion. Surprisingly, the lion spoke English well. Even though we did’t understand his speaking, he seemed good, so we followed him. After for a while, we arrived one town. Most people wore diamonds, but they were crying. The lion we took told us, malaria spreads easily in here, so they suffered from malarial. We decided to care of them, because, fortunately, my friend is nursing school student. When we just treat one boy, I woke from asleep. I think that was really strange dream. 

 I have a real friend. Her name is Yu-sun. I met her when I was high school student. As I was second grade, I was same class with her. Even though we met for the first time, we were familiar with each other soon, because her environment was similar with mine. So we always passed time together. Surprisingly, she had many point of sameness with me such as hobby, taste, situation, so I did like her then. However, after graduation, we couldn’t often meet than before, because I entered university but she began to study again for her goal. But I still feel happy when I sometimes meet her. So I recognized whenever I like her for no reasons, because we are likeminded company. Now she is university student, too. I’m supposed to meet her tomorrow. So I feel happy now. I like her who is warm-hearted.
