1 banana mashed, 2 slices of bread, 2 tablespoons butter, 3 table spoons peanut butter
First, mix the peanut butter and mashed banana together. Then toast the slices of bread. Next, spread the peanut butter and banana mixture on the toast. After that, close the sand wich and put it in a pan with melted butter. Finally, fry the bread until it’s brown on both sides.
My family went to the kang-won do in last week. We climed Mt. Doo-ta in the Dong-hea between Sam-chuck. In fact, after I climed Mt. Ma-ni when I was a highschool student, I never decided to go Mt. again. However, I couldn’t help to clime Mt. because my parent wanted to clime. Because Mt. Doo-ta is very steep and hard, my parent seemed to be hard. Fortunately, I didn’t have a hard time. Getting in a sweat, we reached the top of Mt. Doo-ta. Though we had a hard time, we climed to do our best for worth success. In the future, we’ll often go to any Mt. . Breathing fresh air to the fuil and exercising, I hope we are healthy, especialy my parent!
Some people leave work until the last minute, a lot of us can’t stop gossiping, and others always arrive to events late, including me and you! These aren’t serious problems, but they are bad habits that can cause trouble. Habits like these waste your time and, in some cases, might even affect your relationship. What can you do about them? There are some advice to end your bad heits!
First, It’s a bad habit that do works tomorrow. People often put things off becasue they seem overwhelming. You can solve like this. Try dividing the project into smaller steps. After you finish each task, reward yourself with a snack of a call to a friend.
Second, I have a bad habit that I don’t arrive to events on time. So I do like this! Set an alarm clock. For example, if a movie starts at 8 o’clock and ti takes 20 minutes to get to the theater, you have to leave at 7:40. Set the alarm to go off at the time you need to leave.
I dislike rats. There are several reasons. The first reason is rats’ apperence. Because rats’ gray fur, I think rats are very dirty. Besides, Its tail and feet are disgusting. Even it can grow up too big like a dog. The second reason is that rats carry diseases. Rats inhabitate dirty places such as a waste basket and gatter, and they excrete anywhere in the places. So, they carry pest. The final reason is that rats spoil food. They often eat food such as potatoes, rice and so on. When we catch them, they run away too fast, so we couldn’t catch them.
If you are a university student, you maybe have a experience about TOEIC. TOEIC is a Test of English for International Communication. Although it is only a test for increasing English, its influences is very strong in Korea. For example, high school students learn it for their university, university students learn it for their job, and officer also learn it for their promotion. I admit English is very important for many reasons. But I believe only a TOEIC score must not judge people ability as well as test for a proper English skill. I really do not understand why we are always required to the TOEIC score everywhere in Korea.
Miss. Lee’s friend Mr. Shin is an unusual person. First, he has ability to make people have fun, In Japaneses Conversation class, he usually replies to teacher’s question absurdly although he can speak Hapanese fluently. For example, one day, teacher taught about ‘chu’ meaning, and he asked students to give examples in order. When it was his turn, he shouted ‘picachu’ that is hero’s name of popular Japanese animation, and all the people including the teacher in the class burst out laughing. Second, he has ability to make a good guess what about someone’s character or blood type at the firsy sight. For instance, he told Miss. Lee about her blood type and whether she has sisters suddenly when he met her first in school bus. Sometimes, this strange behavior of his scares her because it looks like he is psychic, but he is a cheerful person, so she likes him. This is the reason why she thinks as Mr. Shin is an unusual person.
I introduce my favorite actress who names Nicole Kidman. She was born in Honolulu, hawaii, in 1967. she is now 37 years old. Her father, an Ausrtalian, was a student in Hawaii at that time. When she was 4, the family returned to Australia, and Kidman grew up in a suburb of sydney. Kidman became interested in acting. Her first experience came when she was 6 years old. She trained in drama and dance through her teen years. In 1985, she role in the TV miniseries Vietnam. she was only 17. When she role in her first American movie, Days of Thunder. Her coastar was Tom Cruise. kidman and Cruise were married in 1990. Duringthe marrige, Kidman’s career continued to grow. She and Cruise adopted two children, and they worked hard. Unfortunately, they divroced in 2001. After this divorce, she did her career hard. She starred in a number of movies, including the musical Moulin Rouge. Then, in Golden Globe for her role as Virginia Woolf in the film The Hours. She is very famous actor in the world.
Do you have cellular phone? Almost every person maybe have cellular phone. I have cellular phone also, but thesedays my phone stop their skill. Because my phone breakdown. First time I feel uncomfortable because I used to send message with phone and recieve connection. I can’t touch anyone after my phone breakdown. However I feel free as time passed. I can get out of phone. I can see the beautiful scene instead of sending letter through phone when I go to school. Also, I have time for thinking. I have chance to talking with person who sitting beside me. Cellular phone give us comportable, but It can take our something more importance.
I’m my parent’s elder daughter. My sister express her feeling, about my parent well, but I’m so shy that I couldn’t express them. I love them very much. But way of expression my love was only that study hard, and pray for them. When I was high school student, I got up and ate my birthday “Mi Youck Guck” (brown seaweed soup). My parent already went to their office. But I felt their love. So, I decided to tell them and I called my mother, and I said ” I love you, thank you “. I was crying when she told me ” I know your love, I proud you”. That day is my best birthday.
I felt uncomportable. Because I didn’t remember something. Than I think ‘Why God make me to forget? ‘ But If we never forget, we will be hypochonkriac. Because everyone has bad memory. Forgetfulness is way of conquest. For example, I broke my ex- boyfriend who meet for four years last year. I wanted to he comeback to me, but he never comeback. I was crying when I though memory about he. But I forgot him slowly time pass away. So I can something I have to do, smile again, and meet new boyfriend. Also, If we remember everything, we will hard for find memory we need. Because we have too many memory in our brain. So, sometimes forgetfulness make you very hard, but It need us.
Did you see a football game last night? The game was Korea VS Bosnia. I was happy, because Korean team won. The score was 2:0. ^_^ It’s not long before the 2006 World Cup . I expect the Korean team will play as good as the did in the 2002 World Cup. Korean team fighting!!
Their who the pool and the rich disparity growing quickly. The rich make money and raise position. For example, some rich have special pet. It’s a lion. I don’t know that is true, but they have big garden that lion is able to live there. Also people wear diamond. However pool can’t eat enough, and have to hard work. So, disease spread quickly. For examplen, Malaria spreads quicky in Africa. They died. Becase they couldn’t be treat. Disease attack the pool like tiger attacks people. We need to think about poverty and wealth.
Teenagers’ smoking is very serious the whole world. Smoking beginning age has become low gradually in recent years. Do you know why young people’s smoking is very harmful than adult’s smoking. Because, smoking give rise to some disease and cancer. Specially, damage of young people is higher 3times than adult smoker . Therefore our society should be encouraged stop smoking to tennagers.
A few years ago, I saw a movie. The movie’s name was Harry Potter. It’s a fantasy about Harry’s adventure. At first, I was disappointed, because this movie didn’t match original story. But, It was very interesting , because I usually like fantasy movies. I also liked miraculous magic and special effects in this movie. Anyway, Harry Potter is my favorite movie.
Yesterday I saw internet news that shows many bad sides of some foreigner English teachers. The news showed internet community of foreigner teachers. Many English teachers were sharing their opinions about Korea through that web-site and many of them didn’t seem good people. For example, there were many articles that insult Koreans especially women. I could know many teachers were thinking Korea as land of opportunity where anyone who speaks English can make a lot of money without difficulty. There were many immoral articles also that I couldn’t believe teachers wrote. It was news that made me very angry and sad.
Some days ago I saw a korean movie named ku-mi-sup (meaning spider forest). It was story about mysterious forest. A main actor went to this forest to interview someone for his TV documentary program. In the forest his memories were totally messed up. The movie showed many things but didn’t let me know what is true and untrue. Some movie scenes were too complicated to understand. Even the director of that movie said all things are up to us, so I can interpret it in my way. I like that kind of movies. This kind of movies make me think a lot.
Do you know bullfrog? Bullfrog is not good. Why is bullfrog bad? First, bullfrogs are very noise, because they cry loudly. For example, whenever they cry. They even cry at night. Second, they eat everything. For instance, they even eat big animals. So, bullfrogs destroy ecosystem. Also, they don’t have natural enemy. Finally, they are so prolific, so they are immortal.
My major is English language & Culture so I have to study English. Yeap! I like english so much but sometimes it is really boring when I study grammar. Of course I know I have to that part because grammar is important one in language. So sometime i envy someone who use English as their mother toungue. That is like korean learn how to speak, how to know korean naturally. Haha. If I live somewhere that everybody use engliksh about 5years, can i do that ??
Yesterday I finish watching Friends season1.(for a week) It is really fun and interesting. That is not boring. However I should care about grammar.

There was report of this truth that it is good for metabolism and act as digestive. Also, it is peddler’s secret and profitable in person’s mind health. For example, It makes personal relations smooth being in civil life.But, there were a lot of side effects as the history. Wine have tried to control mankind if is an opportunity. A person who wield for wine suffer from alcoholism or drinking affects in all important special skills of human body such as central nervous system, endocrine system m stomach heart pipe, and so on. And In spiritual a side, it can cause home disagreement because does individual’s spiritual and physical fitness by contradictory value, and deal harm that is great on company or whole society. Like this, wine has various ambiguities. But, there is a common in such various ambiguities. According to use it, it is effective as medicine or becomes harmfulness. So, we have grasp ambiguity of wine certainly and use to only good side.
I like many colors. White, black, red, and so on. Each color has its merits. Sometimes I feel better, because of color. For example, light pink manicure give me bright mind from gloom. And yellow curtain makes a snug room. I am a quiet person, so I avoid too gaudy colors. I enjoy wearing white and black colors. It has correlation with my personality. But I don’t like blue, because there is bad memory about it. When I was 10 years old, my teacher let me shook dust of her clothes. I was delighted because I liked her. So I opened the window and shook a her jacket out of the window. When I finish it, I found out something wrong. A jacket was stained with a blue color paint. I was astonished at the sight. When I spoke my fault her, her told me to be fine. But that day was horrible. It was the worst blue.
There was a school festival on last wednesday. At first, I was really happy to know that I would be day off on wednesday, and I didn’t have to go to school. But My professor Sellar said that we would have a class on wednesday. So I had to go to school. After finishing my class, my classmate Myung-ju and I dropped by that concert.There were band Slihum, band Sacrid, hip-hop and dance performances. I was really surprised. I couldn’t belive all of these performers are amateurs. All their performances are perfect. The performers sang songs and danced enthusiastically.I had a really good time in a while. As a result, It was lucky that I went to school for my only one class.
When I watched TV, I found out that a TV star had eye surgery. She looked very different. She used to have a small narrow eyes, but now she has big round eyes and double eyes. Nowadays many people are interested in having cosmetic surgery. I know that people has want to look beautiful, but most important is our inside.
Yesterday, I read the book. This book wrote about dream and is said that you need a variety of experience with various hobbies, before you have a dreams. Try to take part in a sports club at school. Climb a mountain or go to the beach. Look at the sunrise or sunset. These activity will make you strong and healthy. Listen to beautiful music. Listen to what other say. Read about what interests you, and so on. I think that the experiences with various hobbies will always bring me new ideas.
I’ll talk about two things men should keep in mind to maintain good relations with their girl friends. First, men should be careful when they are talking about other girls with their girl friends. For example, it’s stupid to talk about their ex-girl friends’ good points even if they feel so comfortable about talking to their girls about any topics. They would be upset weather they represent their feelings or not. Second, men should always stand on their girl friends’ side. When girls complain about something, men have to support their opinions even if it’s not right. What girls want to hear isn’t just judgement. It’s words of encouragement.
Some days ago I had a nightmare. I haven’t been hagridden before. It was very scary and surprising. I thought I was staying up that night. I certainly was reading a book on the bed. Soon I felt I am tired so I saw wall to turn off the switch. Strangely I realized I can see beyond the wall. It was normal wall, but I felt It’s like glass wall. Then I heard some strange sound like the sound of footsteps. It seemed something is approaching me. I couldn’t see what it is. I tried to run away, but I couldn’t move my body. I wanted to scream but only what I could say was small moaning sound. After struggling many hours I succeed in moving one of my fingers at last. As soon as I did, all things were disappeared. It was very strange, marvelous and scary experience.
I went to Jeju Island on my high school’s graduation trip. That was the final trip during my high school days, and I could feel quite excited. At last, I could reach Jeju Island by plane! The air was very pleasant and fresh. On the first day, we took some photos with some of my friends in a rape field and the yellow flowers were really beautiful. Moreover, I rode a horse for the first time in my lifetime. It was so exciting. On the second day, we climed up Halla Mt., the second highest one in Korea. It was very high and I felt very hard. On the top of the mountain, I could feel fruitful and proud of myself. Luckily, the weather was nice, so I could fully enjoy my trip. It was really fun for me. One hard thing was clilming Halla Mt. My legs so hurt then. But it was my best trip in my life and it’ll be remembered in my heart for good as an unfogettable one.
The coffee is known to be effective for diet. The coffee is a low-calory drink so if fat people have coffee black, it is good to drink. If we get coffee with caffeine and take proper exercise, it burns fats with priority. So the coffee is a help to be more effective when we take aerobic exercise. However, the coffee only help to burn fats well. So actually to burn fats is aerobic exercise. Doing exercise is the best way to lose weight, but a cup of coffee is a good partner both during and after the exercise session.
I’m Sam is my best movie I’ve ever seen! Have you seen this movie? It’s a drama about smart daughter and father who is middle-aged, but has five-year-old’s mind. Society thinks he doesn’t have ability to bring up his daughter. In a court, a judge decides to seperate them, but they miss each other, so her father Sam emplays lawyer who doesn’t have good relationship her wife, and try to look herself perfect. He also win the court, and solve her problems. Nobody can stop to meet! Finally, they live together.
I like his trial to find daughter, and his smart girl who loves her father Sam very much. Their acting is very great! I’m moving in touch whenever I watch this movie. It rates 120%. It is the best movie I’ve ever seen.
When I was young, my grandmother told me a interesting story. Even if I was grown up, my heart still remain her story with strong impression. Let’s start what grandmother said. She told me there are three things for your success. The factors of success are money, honer, and health. she compared three success to circle ball.
First, money is made of basketball. If you lose the ball, do not worry about it because the ball will be rebounded. If you try to catch the ball, you can easily get it.
Second, honor is made of tennis ball. If you lose the ball, do also not worry because it will also be rebounded. If you try to catch the ball, you can get it. It is only more difficult than the basketball.
Third, health is made of glass ball. If you lose the ball, It is never rebounded. Because It is completely broken, you will fail to catch the ball one hundred percent.
In conclusion, you keep in mind what kind of the best important thing while you live your life. You always recognize that in your heart in depth.
I have a dream for my life. At now I am progressing step by step in many courses.
Firstly, My goal is that I pass the public officer exam. Its exam is related with emigration and immigration. Because I learn English In Catholic University, I do not study the public offer exam. At the end of this semester, I am going to do temporary absence from University for my study. I will do my best my study even though the exam is difficult.
Secondly, after passing the exam, I will marry as soon as possible. I really want to make my household with beautiful my wife and cute children.
Thirdly, I will earn the much money for my future company. Probably, I will have two jobs, or I will invest in real estate for earning much money. And then I will make the my company. It will help for people who is living a laborious life rather than it earn the money for managing company. My company will find out a direction and support for wandering people.
At last, after leaving my company, I will write my an autobiography about my rewarding life. If my book help only one person who find their life value, I will very happy after I die.
