In Korea, there developed a culture of Alcohol.Members offer and exchange glasses of alcohol, for many, many years. Therefore, it has become a virtue to offer a Alcohol to one another.

However, this old culture make no sense and is outdated. Moreover, the current culture of Alcohol in univesities originated from the culture of adults. It is no longer considered appropriate. It would be senseless not to change the culture of Alcohol, even though every and each member knows that it has no place to stand in modern society. Such a crooked culture should not be regarded as a whole culture of univresity any more.

It is desirable for all mambers that one drinks as much as he or she can. So  we create an environment in which he or she enjoys drinking. It is entirely up to the members of society whether this settles down or not as a new culture for better.
