The ‘Thanatonaute’ is a novel written by the famous French writer, Bernard Werber. His novels have very unique stories and compositions like ‘Ants’ and ‘Brain’. This novel is not an exception. The ‘Thanatonaute’ means an explorer to the spiritual world where our souls go after death. There are two heroes. One is a very promising brain surgeon. The other is a researcher studying brain activities of animals. These two men have known each other since they were children. But when the researcher moves to another city, they became apart from each other. One day the researcher calls the brain surgeon. The researcher suggests the surgeon to join his research about the near death conditions of the human brain. The surgeon hesitates and feels guilty because there might be victims during experiments with the near death condition. After long consideration, the surgeon joins the research. After that, prisoners become victims of dangerous experiments and the story made progress. I haven’t seen the story about the spiritual world like this. It was really a refreshing shock to me and a good chance to think about my current life. I would like to recommend you to read the book.

When I want to make something to share for my beloved people, I usually make some Kimbap. I love making Kimbap because it can be a perfect meal itself, it has many vegetable, and I do not need to make other side dishes any more. Making some Kimbap is simple as follows. To make some Kimbap, you need the following ingredients:rice, toasted and seasoned laver, a carrot, one cucumber, eggs, ham, some yellow sweet and salty radish, some salt and the most important ingredient- some perilla oil, which is similar to sesame oil, but it is used when people fry some vegetables in Korea. First, prepare the rice. It is important to remember when you make rice for Kimbap, you need a bit less water than what you usually put . Second, prepare the other ingredients while the rice is boiling. After washing half of a carrot, peel off the skin and cut it into fine strips. Add a little salt and perilla oil, fry them over a strong heat for a couple of minutes. Stir two eggs well adding a little bit of salt in a bowl and pour in the frying pan and fry it on a low heat. Do you know about Gord? I have been taking his class three so I think I konw well his teaching style. From now, I’ll tell you about his class style. Gord is very humorous teacher, so his lecture is very interesting. Whenenver he give a lecture, he explain the topic with a actual interesting examples so I am always immersed to his class. He likes to make each group with students so we have to make a group and talk each others almost every his class. When I took his class at first, I couldn’t adapt it’s method, but as I take his classes, I rather love the way now because it make me to understand other student’s thinking and exchange them each other actively. Gord is famous to give many homeworks for students who have taken his class. Because of it, I also have to do many homework everyday and it make me very tired. However, actually They give many help to me to improve my composition ability so I cann’t hate him. When I put myself in his shoes, I think he rather will be more tired than students to check many students’ homeworks all. So I cannot help respect him, he has strong passion for teaching and he really want that his students’ knowledge of English will be better continuously, I think. He is really good professor.

Yesterday, I listened to the radio about one fraudulent activity in a shool bus. Some defrauders who have finished some years’ prison term had planed to copy people’ credit cards and to use secretly. They gave one master of a convenience store in Bundang quite many money and installed an automatic teller machine. They also installed card copy machine with a hidden camera into the teller, and the crime was started. They copied about five hundred credit cards for three months and withdrew people’ money from other automatic tellers illegally to use secret numbers they saw secretly by the hidden camera. They withdrew about one hundred fifty million dollars for only a few days. Fortunately, the police catched them in only a few days because someone who was stolen his credit card gave a notice the police. However, I surprised to hear the news because I always use a automatic teller. Nowadays accidents and crimes augment in an alarming way. We listen horrible crime news everyday, even murder case happen daily. I feel uneasy for the past two or three days. I hope I live in peaceful world without any crime.

Yesterday, my boy friend got a MP3 as a free gift from a department store for the first time of his life. He bought some goods about a week ago. After receiving a call, he was pleased because it was definitely good luck. We had never have that kind of luck before. When we shop at a big market, they used to offer the chance of scratching card. I have had a plan that I apply for contest is related to digital contents with my friend, Kyung-hoon, because I am studying multimedia field and it’s very important that I have my own many products and good records of contest to enter good company that I want to. So, we decided to make our work about three weeks ago and started to make a work. We made a conception, played many scenes, took pictures, and edited the pictures. I asked my friends for aid to be actors and they helped me with pleasure. We took pictures them in the Severance hospital, school infirmary, cafe, subway, and so on during two days. The taken picture were about 500 photos even though pictures that we need were only about 50 photos. We edited them two nights and days.
