Your grades have been entered into the computer system. If you have questions, you can email me — but you’ll need to be patient — or, preferably, please drop by my office on the afternoon of Tuesday, 3 June to talk about your grade. I should be around all afternoon: if I’m out, it’s just for a bathroom break or to get a coffee or a drink of water — or I’ve gone to the office with a student — so hang around and I promise I’ll be back soon!
Be advised, I only ever increase a grade if I’ve made an error; begging never works with me… at least not in a positive way. (I have occasionally lowered a grade when a student has demanded it be changed in a rude or unreasonable way: attitude does count, and I am inclined to rescind my general generosity when it comes to such cases.)
In fact, if you feel your grade should be increased for any other reason than a possible error, I encourage you to read this.
In any case, you’re welcome to drop by on Tuesday afternoon. Until then, take care, and if I don’t see you, have a wonderful summer!
