It is very easy to make good Korean Caramel. First, put three tablespoons of sugar in a small pan. Next, stiring it with chopstick, melt it on a medium flam lest it burns. Then keeping stiring it ,put a little baking powder into the pan, and it would swell up.Finally, empty the caramel into a plate.
