Abraham Lincoln

                                             Fighting for Unity and Freedom

For example, in the 1860 campaign for president,Lincoln firmly expressed his opposition to slavery.

And his determination to limit the expansion of slavery westward into the new territories acquired from Mexico in 1850.

What started as a war to preserve the Union and vindicate democracy became a battle for freedom and war to end slavery when Lioncoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation in January of 1863.

As part of the proclamation,Lincoln also urged black males to join the Union forces as soldiers and sailors.

Almost all historians judge as the greatest President in American history because of the way he exercised leadership during the war.

And because of the impact of that leadership on the moral and political character of the nation.

Amadeus

Mozart, he is a genius. His music is fabulous. He lived only 36 years, but he leaved his trace on music behaind.

I saw movie ‘Amadeus’ few weeks ago, I’m very  impressive. In the movie, Mozart describe a lunatic, but genuine. He is so impolite, but he has a pure mind. Mozart has a free soul. He isn’t bounded by way of life. I don’t think it same as a real mozart, but its feeling is certainly impressive. I wish mozart in the movie is real mozart.

And salieri is a virtual character of the movie, but I like him. Especially, his word.

‘Oh God! Why ypu give give me for reward onlt the abillity to recognize the incarnation?’

wedding Seremony and Playing a Piano

Yesterday, I went to my senior’s wedding seremony. The place was near by Hong Ik University, and the opening was 2 o’clock. I arrived that almost about one- twenty. Because I didn’t talk with her if I got there almost 2 o’clock, and I hoped to take some pictures with her personally. There was an another important reason however. I had promised to play a wedding march on a piano. I don’t play a piano well, but a wedding march is not a so difficult tune, and I had felt appreciation about asking me to play that. That’s why I had accepted her request. The more approached the openning, the more I got nervous. The openning began at last, I played the piano without a mistake by good fortune. I never forget the bride and the groom’s happy expressions. I desire them to make most beautiful living.

Of course I didn’t know who he was and did not understand English either, but I remember the mannequin was acting like he was giving some kind of speech, and everybody was listening carefully to it. Now I assume that the experience I had show how much Americans value Abraham Lincoln.
